April 8, 1998 was a devastating time for the local community of Edgewater United Methodist Church. Several families of the community sought shelter from a F5 tornado inside the church. Unfortunately, that tornado hit the church hard causing several fatalities. With hearts of perseverance, the congregation of Edgewater United Methodist Church had us help with rebuilding their house of worship. The majority of the brick used on the renovation was recovered from the old church building. It represented a memorial for the lives lost on that tragic day in April.
